Various points were discussed:
Point 1: cleanliness: Review of actions of the association :
- Meeting with management and Nicollin Mr Fremaux, Assistant cleanliness
- Meeting with correspondents of cleanliness at the town hall area and another meeting is scheduled for February 27 in which J. Lannoy and I will attend.
- Creating links with other associations.
- The superloos are promised for after the election, also remains the problem of alcoholism street, especially young evenings.
The discussion that follows, it is clear:
- inaction the municipality.
- the problem of garbage in certain restaurants, and garbage bags or non-compliant travelers.
- the catastrophic state of sidewalks, safe for the elderly or disabled.

We also deplored the absence at this meeting of political leaders warned of this meeting, including having their headquarters in our neighborhood.
Overall, is there a better? Can be a very discreet improvement immediately around the Theatre Sevastopol since our meeting with Nicollin. 2nd Point: Redevelopment of Place Ph. Lebon.
The association wishes to be consulted before any decision, noting that the president sent a letter Nov. 12, 2007 to Ms. Rougerie, President of the ward council. The association is not opposed to change, but said that the municipality had earlier removed the roundabout to improve traffic flow: the cost of work multiplied by 2, further destruction of beautiful trees. Above all, we want to hear proposals for E. Quiquet and municipality.
third point. Traffic, Transport, Parking.
Still no bus rue Solferino: nearest stop: Boulevard of freedom, which is very far for the elderly or disabled.
Sebastopol parking is often open for dinner for the needs of the Theatre. Nobody complained. Why not open outside of days to market, to open up the neighborhood.
We would also smaller buses, mini buses that pass across urban and more often.
Opinion on the double meaning Solferino Street: A better, the cars drive slower, inferior, congestion and pollution worse.
4. point: Evocation of the General Assembly in May 2008.
